Job description:

Position: Maintenance

Salary: Based upon qualifications and experience

Summary: Property management firm is seeking MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL with strong leadership, organizational and maintenance skills to oversee and execute the maintenance of a conventional multi-family property in Lafayette, LA. This key management position will be responsible for the following:

• Addressing current tenant repairs
• HVAC repair and installation
• Coordinating, performing and overseeing turn work
• Ordering of materials
• Make general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Ability to install, plaster and paint sheetrock
• Availability for non-business hour emergencies
• Scheduling of outside vendors and overseeing the work
• Secure proposals for repair and/or replacement work beyond the staff’s capabilities
• Ensure that the property’s operations are compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements

Experience: 2+ years of related multi-family property maintenance experience
